This policy explains what information Little Alma Labs LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit littlealmalabs.com (the “Site”) and what we do with it. It covers this website only.
The short version
- The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
- Everything on the Site is served from our own server. Your browser does not contact any third party.
- Our web server keeps standard access logs, with IP addresses shortened, and deletes them after 14 days.
- If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our server records basic information about each request it receives: the date and time, the page or file requested, the response it sent, the referring page if your browser shares one, and your browser’s user-agent string. Your IP address is shortened before it is written down (for example, 203.0.113.42 is stored as 203.0.113.0), so log entries cannot be traced back to a single device.
We use these logs only to run and protect the Site, for example to find broken links or spot abuse. They are rotated daily and deleted automatically after 14 days. We do not combine them with other information.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not set cookies or use local storage, and it does not use analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, social media plugins or similar technologies. Fonts, images and scripts are all hosted on our own server.
If you write to hello@littlealmalabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to respond to you and keep it only as long as needed for that conversation and our records. We don’t add you to mailing lists.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties, except with the company that hosts our server as part of running it, or where the law requires us to.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Because our logs contain only shortened IP addresses, we usually cannot link log entries to a person. For anything else, such as email you have sent us, contact us and we will help.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the Site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Our products may have their own privacy policies, which will be provided with them.
